- April is an SPS employee of nearly 9 years. She has a Bachelor of Science in Computer science, Masters in Computer Science, and holds multiple industry certifications including a CISSP (security), CCNP (cisco), SCSA 9 (unix), and a CNA (Novell) and an MCSE (Microsoft). She has fifteen years emphasis in security and operations, project management in Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity. Strong hands-on WAN, Architecture and Systems Support. Her responsibilities include site-based technology audits, disaster recovery and business continuity consulting and workshops, firewall management, penetration testing, email spam and web filtering, and on-site network diagnostics. She is also responsible for regional ITU support for the state-wide K20 data network.
